"On March 1, 2010 my house flooded. I
called the plumber as soon as this was detected and shut off the
water into the house. I had no idea who to call, so just pikced
Alliance who advertised same day service for water damage. They
recommended Cutting Edge Construction to me, and since Alliance gave
good service, I interviewed Julio Arias, its owner. I was impressed
with what he told me needed to be done, so hired' him. What a
blessinq! From the very start, he and his crew not only did great
work, but Julio helped me pick out carpet, wood flooring, etc. I am
no longer able to drive because of my eyesight. He would come to the
hotel where I was staying and took me shopping or to the house if I
was needed there. His crew repainted, put in new tile, wood, carpet,
baseboards throughout the whole house, Most of this was taken care
of monetarily by the Insurance Company. I decided to redo my
bathrooms which Julio also helped me decide on. We updated
everything from the lighting to the wallpaper. I cannot say enough
good things about Julio, his knowledge, his personality and his work
ethic. I certainly can recommend the work he did for me."
